At BOA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items are inspected.
